Marlie Laird & Valley Girl Beauty LLC ‘Cancelation, Late and No show Policy ’ Will be enforced with all new and existing clients. Requiring that all appointments made have a credit card on file OR a refundable deposit put down. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure, deposits must be sent to me 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or your deposit kept.
Your appointments are very important to me, & your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that scheduling changes do happen, that is why I kindly request that you give me 48-hour notice for cancellations and/ or rescheduling.
Deposits are refundable within the ‘Cancelation, Late and No show Policy ’ guidelines, deposit will be used towards your booked appointment, and must be paid at least 48 hours prior to appointment time. Paid via; venmo @marlie-laird, invoice, etc.
Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 50% for the reserved service amount
“NO SHOW” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
If you believe you will be late for your reserved appointment time, please contact me to inform me. I will call any late clients 10 minutes into their appointment time. If you do show up late, I will be happy to accommodate you, the service might be altered to fit in with the remaining time still open. If I am unable to get in contact with you, after 15 minutes of your started appointment time, your reserved spot can be reopen or given away and you will be considered “NO SHOW” and charged 100% of the reserved service. I reserve the right to reschedule the appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
I have a no refund policy on services completed with me. But I do offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion.
As a courtesy, I will text and/or email a conformation message to confirm your service appointment(s) 7 days prior to your appointment date & a reminder text and/or email 2 days prior to your appointment date. However, if I am unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to get in contact with me to confirm your appointment, and to also remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation/ no show fee.
